STTH102 Overview
A reverse voltage of 200V is reasonable.Devices with this rating have an average rectified current of 1A volts.The allowable value of forward current reaches 1A.The fuse's current rating is 1A, which is the maximum current it can carry without deteriorating too much.Surge current can reach maximum value 50A.Using the data chart, the peak reverse is 1μA in the datasheets.
