STR750FV2T6 Description


The STR750 family of 32-bit microcontrollers combines the industry-standard ARM7TDMI 32-bit RISC core with high performance, extremely low power consumption and very dense code, as well as a complete set of peripherals and ST's latest 0.18 μ embedded Flash technology. The STR750 series includes a range of devices that integrate a set of general-purpose peripherals as well as USB, CAN and key innovations such as clock fault detection and advanced motor control timers. It supports 3.3V and 5V and can also be used in a wider temperature range (- 40 to + 105 °C).
