The STR750FV1T6 is an ARM7TDMI-S? 32-bit MCU with Flash, SMI, 3 std 16-bit timers, PWM timer, fast 10-bit ADC, I2C, UART, SSP, USB and CAN. The 32-bit microcontrollers in the STR750 family feature ST's newest 0.18 integrated Flash technology and the industry-standard ARM7TDMI? 32-bit RISC engine, which offers great performance, very low power consumption, and very dense code. A variety of devices in the STR750 family integrate a standard set of peripherals, USB, CAN, and some significant advances including enhanced motor control timers and clock failure detection. It has a wide temperature range (-40 to +105°C), supports both 3.3V and 5V, and is also offered.
