STR710RZT6 Description
ARM-based 32-bit microcontrollers with embedded RAM and Flash make up the STR71x series. It includes a powerful ARM7TDMI CPU together with a wide variety of peripheral features and improved I/O capabilities. High-speed single voltage FLASH memory and high-speed RAM are both built into STR710RZT6 devices. Although STR710R devices lack internal Flash, they do feature fast RAM. The STR71x family is compatible with all ARM tools and software because it features an embedded ARM core.
