A reverse voltage of 40V is reasonable.In this device, the reverse leakage current maximum is 20μA volts.For this device, the average rectified current is 3A volts.When the forward current reaches 3A, it is allowed.Surge currents can be used up to 75A.In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 20μA, as indicated by the data chart.
