20μA volts is the maximum reverse leakage current of this device.Devices with this rating have an average rectified current of 3A volts.Forward current is allowed to reach a value of zero.Having a current rating of 3A, it can carry an indefinite amount of current without deterioration.There can be no surge current above 75A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 20μA, as shown in the data chart.
