STPS340B-TR Overview
In this device, the reverse leakage current maximum is 20μA volts.This device has an average rectified current of 3A volts.Phase diode rectifier is permissible for forward current to reach 3A.Its current rating is 3A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Surge currents are limited to 75A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 20μA, as shown in the data chart.
