Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 20μA volts.Devices like this have an average rectified current of 20A volts.There is no limit to the forward current value.Having a current rating of 20A, it can carry an indefinite amount of current without deterioration.200A is the maximum value of surge current that can be used.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 20μA, as shown in the data chart.
