STPS1150 Overview
In this device, the maximum reverse leakage current is 1μA volts.There is an average rectified current of 1A volts for this device.Phase diode rectifier is permissible for forward current to reach 1A.Its current rating is 1A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Surge currents can be used up to 75A.Datasheets indicate that the peak reverse is 1μA.
