STM8S207MBT6B Description
The STM8S20xxx Performance Line 8-bit microcontroller provides 32 to 128 kilobytes of flash program memory. In the STM8S microcontroller series reference manual, they are called high-density devices. All STM8S20xxx devices have the following advantages: low system cost, stable performance, short development cycle and long product life. System costs are reduced due to the integration of real data EEPROM that can support up to 300k write / erase cycles, as well as high system integration with internal clock oscillators, watchdogs and power-down resets. The performance of the device is ensured by 20 MIPS at the 24 MHz CPU clock frequency and enhanced features, including the powerful Icano, independent watchdog (with independent clock source) and clock security system.
