STM8S103F2P6 Description
The STM8S103F2P6 access line 8-bit microcontrollers provide integrated true data EEPROM and 8 Kbyte Flash program memory. Devices from this family are referred to as low-density in the STM8S microcontroller family reference manual (RM0016). They offer improved performance, increased robustness, and lower system costs.
Modernized peripherals and advanced cores, a 16 MHz clock frequency, durable I/Os, independent watchdogs with a separate clock source, and a clock security system all contribute to the performance and resilience of the device.
An integrated real data EEPROM with up to 300 k write/erase cycles and a high system integration with internal clock oscillators, watchdog, and brown-out reset decrease the system cost.
