STM8S003F3U6 is a type of value line 8-bit microcontroller provided by STMicroelectronics. It is able to deliver 8 Kbytes of Flash program memory and integrated true data EEPROM. Moreover, it is characterized by high performance, robustness, and reduced system cost. Based on true data EEPROM supports up to 100000 write/erase cycles, advanced core and peripherals made in state-of-the-art technology at 16 MHz clock frequency, robust I/Os, independent watchdogs with separate clock source, and a clock security system, high-performance and robustness can be ensured. Its ability to offer reduced system cost is provided due to a high system integration level with internal clock oscillators, watchdog, and brown-out reset.
