STM32L552VET6 Description
The STM32L552xx devices are a family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers (STM32L5 Series) built around the powerful 32-bit RISC Arm? Cortex?-M33 core. They function at frequencies as high as 110 MHz.
A single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm? single-precision data-processing instructions and all data types is a characteristic of the Cortex?-M33 core. A memory protection unit (MPU) and a full set of DSP (digital signal processing) instructions are also implemented by the Cortex?-M33 core, which increases the security of the program.
These chips incorporate fast memories (512 Kbytes of Flash memory and 256 Kbytes of SRAM), a flexible external memory controller (FSMC) for static memories (for devices with packages of 100 pins and more), an Octo-SPI Flash memories interface (available on all packages), and a wide array of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
