STM32L471QEI6, provided by STMicroelectronics, is a member of ultra-low-power microcontrollers incorporating the high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 80 MHz. This core is characterized by a Floating point unit (FPU) supporting all Arm? single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. The application security can be improved on the basis of a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU). STM32L471QEI6 microcontroller is able to provide a complete suite of protection mechanisms for embedded Flash memory and SRAM, including readout protection, write protection, proprietary code readout protection, and Firewall.
