The STM32G441KBT6 device is built around the powerful Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC core. It has a frequency range of up to 170 MHz.
It embeds high-speed memories (128 Kbytes of Flash memory, and 32 Kbytes of SRAM), an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
