The STM32F777BIT6 devices are built around the Arm? Cortex?-M7 32-bit RISC CPU, which runs at up to 216 MHz. A floating point unit (FPU) in the Cortex?-M7 core supports Arm? double-precision and single-precision data-processing instructions and data formats. It also includes a memory protection unit (MPU) and a full set of DSP commands to improve application security.
