STM32F767IIT6 Description

STM32F767IIT6 devices are based on a high-performance ARM Cortex - M7 32-bit RISC core and operate at up to 216 MHz. The Cortex - M7 kernel uses floating-point units (FPU) to support ARM double-precision and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU), thereby enhancing the security of the application. STM32F765xx, STM32F767xx, STM32F768Ax and STM32F769xx devices integrate high-speed embedded memory with up to 2 MB of flash memory, 512 K bytes of SRAM (including 128K bytes of data Tcm RAM for critical real-time data), 16 K bytes of instruction Tcm RAM (for critical real-time routines), and 4 K bytes of backup SRAM (available in the lowest power mode) And various enhanced I APB O and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and a multi-layer AXI interconnection supporting internal and external memory access.
