STM32F767IIK6 ultra-low-power microcontroller is designed based on the high-performance ARM? Cortex?-M7 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of 216 MHz. The application security can be improved on the basis of a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU). It features high-speed embedded memories, standard and advanced communication interfaces, and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals. STM32F767IIK6 microcontroller operates with temperatures ranging from –40 to +105 °C and a power supply ranging from 1.7 to 3.6 V.
