STM32F765IIT6 is a type of ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M7 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 216 MHz. It operates with a temperature range of –40 to +105 °C and a 1.7 to 3.6 V power supply. The enhancement in application security can be ensured through its full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU).
