STM32F469ZIT6 Description
The STM32F469ZIT6 is built around the high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC processor, which runs at up to 180 MHz. All Arm? single-precision data-processing instructions and data formats are supported by the Cortex?-M4 core's Floating point unit (FPU) single precision. Additionally, the STM32F469ZIT6 includes a full set of DSP instructions as well as a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve application security. The STM32F469ZIT6 has a large number of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, as well as high-speed embedded storage (Flash memory up to 2 Mbytes, up to 384 Kbytes of SRAM).
