STM32F469IGT6 Description
The high-performance ARM? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC processor that powers the STM32F469xx devices operates at a frequency of up to 180 MHz. A floating point unit (FPU) single precision is a characteristic of the Cortex?-M4 core that supports all ARM? single-precision data processing instructions and data formats. Additionally, it incorporates a memory protection unit (MPU) that improves program security together with the whole range of DSP instructions.
The STM32F469xx devices have a wide range of upgraded I/Os and peripherals coupled with high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 2 Mbytes, up to 384 Kbytes of SRAM), connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
