STM32F401CCY6TR Description
The STM32F401CCY6TR is built around the high-performance Arm? Cortex? -M4 32-bit RISC processor, which operates at up to 84 MHz. It has high-speed embedded memories (up to 256 Kbytes of Flash memory and up to 64 Kbytes of SRAM) as well as a wide range of upgraded I/Os and peripherals that are coupled to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
