The STM32F328K8T6 family is built on the powerful 32-bit ARM? Cortex?-M4 RISC processor that operates at up to 72 MHz and incorporates a floating point unit (FPU). The STM32F328K8T6 family includes two APB buses, a wide variety of upgraded I/Os, and high-speed embedded memories (up to 64 Kbytes of Flash memory and 12 Kbytes of SRAM).
A low-power RTC, an operational amplifier, three DAC channels, up to two fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), three ultra-quick comparators, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, one timer for motor control, and four general-purpose 16-bit timers are all available on the STM32F328K8T6 device. Additionally, they include one CAN, one I2C, one SPI, up to three USARTs, and other sophisticated and standard communication interfaces.
Operating with a 1.8 V +/-8% power supply, the STM32F328K8T6 family can withstand temperatures between -40 and +85 °C and -40 and +105 °C. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes.
Devices in 48-pin packages are available from the STM32F328K8T6 series.
