STM32F303VDT6TR Description
The STM32F303VD series is built on the powerful ARM? Cortex? -M4 32-bit RISC processor with embedded floating point unit (FPU), memory protection unit (MPU), and embedded trace macrocell (ETM). The family includes a flexible memory controller (FSMC) for static memories (SRAM, PSRAM, NOR, and NAND), high-speed embedded memories (512 Kbyte Flash memory, 80 Kbyte SRAM), and a wide variety of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to an AHB and two APB buses. The devices provide up to five general-purpose 16-bit timers, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, three motor control timers, seven comparators, four operational amplifiers, two DAC channels, a low-power RTC, and four fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps). Additionally, they have up to three I2Cs, up to four SPIs (two of which are multiplexed full-duplex I2Ss), three USARTs, up to two UARTs, CAN, and USB as standard and advanced communication interfaces. The I2S peripherals can be clocked using an external PLL to ensure audio class precision. With a power supply ranging from 2.0 to 3.6 V, the STM32F303xD/E family can operate in temperature ranges of -40 to +85°C and -40 to +105°C, respectively. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes. Devices with different packaging, ranging from 64 pins to 144 pins, are available from the STM32F303xD/E family.
