STM32F303K8T6 Description
The STM32F303K8T6 includes an Arm? Cortex?-M432-bit RISC CPU with a floating-point unit (FPU), high-speed embedded storage (up to 64 Kbytes of Flash memory, 12 Kbytes of SRAM), and a comprehensive range of improved I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses.
The STM32F303K8T6 microcontrollers include up to two fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), up to three ultra-quick comparators, an operational amplifier, and three DAC channels, a low-power RTC, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, one motor-control timer, and four general-purpose 16-bit timers. They also have a variety of communication interfaces, including one I2C, one SPI, up to three USARTs, and one CAN. From a 2.0 to 3.6 V power supply, the STM32F303K8T6 operates in the temperature ranges of –40 to +85 °C and –40 to +105 °C. Low-power applications can be designed thanks to a wide collection of power-saving options.
