STM32F103ZET6TR belongs to the family of high-density STM32F103xE performance line microcontrollers provided by STMicroelectronics. It is designed based on the high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of 72 MHz. A full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) are integrated to improve application security. It is available in the –40 to +105 °C temperature range with a power supply from 2.0 to 3.6 V.
