STM32F101RET6 Description
The high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at a frequency of 36 MHz, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 512 Kbytes and SRAM up to 48 Kbytes), and a wide variety of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses are all included in the STM32F101xC, STM32F101xD, and STM32F101xE access line family. One 12-bit ADC, four general-purpose 16-bit timers, and up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, and five USARTs are all features shared by all of the devices. The STM32F101xx high-density access line family runs between a power supply of 2.0 and 3.6 V and a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes. Due to these characteristics, the STM32F101xx high-density access line microcontroller family is appropriate for a variety of applications, including those involving medical and handheld devices, PC peripherals and gaming, GPS platforms, and industrial applications, PLC, printers, scanners, alarm systems, and video intercom.
