STGF3HF60HD Description
STGF3HF60HD is a 600v very fast IGBT with an ultrafast diode. The transistor STGF3HF60HD is based on a new advanced planar technology concept to yield an IGBT with more stable switching performance (Eoff) versus temperature, as well as lower conduction losses. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the transistor STGF3HF60HD is in the TO-220FP package with 18W power dissipation.
