STEF05SGR Overview
In package Tape & Reel (TR), buck boost converter is included.In this case, voltage regulator has been packaged in the same way as 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad.This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ.Voltages of 10V can be input as input voltages in this module.With its high output current, 3.6A is capable of offering maximum design flexibility.
