STEF05LJR Overview
There is an inclusion of buck boost converter in the package Tape & Reel (TR).In the same manner as 9-UFBGA, FCBGA, voltage regulator is packaged.Surface Mount is used to mount this current regulator on the board.There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input voltage of 4.5V~8V can be supported by this voltage regulator.As part of the STEF05 family, current regulator belongs to this class.Its maximum design flexibility is due to the output current of 2.5A.
