STD901T Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 1800 @ 2A 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current. This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 2V.When VCE saturation is 2V @ 20mA, 2A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency. There is a breakdown input voltage of 350V volts that it can take.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 4A volts.
