Based on dedicated high voltage Bipolar and low-voltage MOSFET technologies, it is manufactured in a hybrid structure to provide the best performance in ESBT topology. Due to high quality and reliable performance, the STC03DE170 bipolar transistor is designed for use in aux flyback SMPS for any three-phase application.
