ST7FLITE39F2M6 Description
The ST7 microcontroller family includes the ST7LITE3. Every ST7 device is built around an 8-bit core that is 8-bit industry standard and has an improved instruction set.
With byte-by-byte In-Circuit Programming (ICP) and In-Application Programming (IAP) functionality, the ST7LITE3 has FLASH memory. The ST7LITE3 device can be set to WAIT, SLOW, or HALT mode by software, which reduces power consumption when the program is inactive or in standby condition.
