ST7FLITE09Y0M6 Description


The ST7 microcontroller series includes the ST7LITE0x and ST7SUPERLITE (ST7LITESx). Every ST7 device is built around an 8-bit core that is 8-bit industry standard and has an improved instruction set. The FLASH memory in the ST7LITE0x and ST7SUPERLITE supports byte-by-byte In-Circuit Programming (ICP) and In-Application Programming (IAP).

The ST7LITE0x and ST7SUPERLITE devices can be set to WAIT, SLOW, or HALT mode under software control, which lowers power consumption when the application is idle or in standby state.
