ST72T212G2B6 Description
The ST72101, ST72213 and ST72212 HCMOSMicrocontroller Units are members of the ST7family. These devices are based on an industrystandard 8-bit core and feature an enhancedinstruction set. They normally operate at a 16MHzoscillator frequency. Under software control, theST72101, ST72213 and ST72212 may be placedin either WAIT, SLOW or HALT modes, thusreducing power consumption. The enhancedinstruction set and addressing modes afford realprogramming potential. In addition to standard8-bit data management, the ST72101, ST72213and ST72212 feature true bit manipulation, 8x8unsigned multiplication and indirect addressingmodes on the whole memory. The devices includean on-chip oscillator, CPU, program memory(ROM/OTP/EPROM versions), RAM, 22 I/O linesand the following on-chip peripherals: Analog-toDigital Converter (ADC) with 6 multiplexed analoginputs (ST72212 and ST72213 only), industrystandard synchronous SPI serial interface, digitalWatchdog, one or two independent 16-bit Timers,one featuring an External Clock Input, and bothfeaturing Pulse Generator capabilities, 2 InputCaptures and 2 Output Compares.
