The ST10F273Z4Q3 device is a 16-bit single-chip CMOS microcontroller from the ST10 series of STMicroelectronics.

The ST10F273Z4Q3 combines a powerful CPU with high peripheral functionality and improved I/O capabilities. It can process up to 32 million instructions per second. Additionally, it offers high-speed RAM, single-voltage Flash memory, and PLL-generated clocks on the same chip.

Processing for ST10F273Z4Q3 uses 0.18mm CMOS technology. A 5 V to 1.8 V on-chip voltage regulator powers the MCU core and the logic. I/Os on the part operate at 5 V and are provided by a single 5 V supply.
