PM8800ATR Description
To make the design of the power supply portions of all powered devices simpler, the PM8800ATR includes a current mode PWM controller and a widely used power over Ethernet (PoE) interface. The IEEE 802.3af-required functions of detection, classification, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and in-rush current restriction are all included in the PoE interface.
