MJE802 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 750 @ 1.5A 3V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 3V.A VCE saturation (Max) of 3V @ 40mA, 4A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.As defined by current rating, the maximum current a fuse can carry without deteriorating too much is 4A for this device.A transition frequency of 1MHz is present in the part.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 4A volts.
