MJ4035 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 10A 3V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 2.5V allows maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 16A in order to achieve high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 16A.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 16A volts.
