LM335AZT Overview
These analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. Analog sensors are protected from damage by TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages. The electronic part has 3 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide a current of 1mA when they are working. In DC circuits, this sensor's maximum output voltage should be 40V. A magnetic switch in a DC circuit can supply a voltage of 5V. In order to achieve optimal performance, the sensor's current output should be 450μA.
