LF40CDT-TR Description
Very Low Drop Regulators of the LF00 family are offered in a wide variety of output voltages and in the PENTAWATT, TO-220, TO-220FP, DPAK, and PPAK packages. They are very well suited for low noise, low power applications, especially in battery driven systems, thanks to their extremely low drop voltage (0.45V) and extremely low quiescent current.
