LED6000PHTR Overview
In order to save board space, the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used. For mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.DC DC Regulator emerges with high efficiency and reliability.-40°C~150°C TJ is the operating temperature and it works fine.It operates based on the frequency of 250kHz~1.5MHz.A voltage supply below 4.5V may cause undetermined failures.This LED driver can be found under the base part number LED6000.It supports a maximum value of 61V.
