LED6000PHR Overview
Space is saved using its 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In LED drivers, the outputs are all set to 1.We are using Surface Mount as the mounting method.In this case, the DC DC Regulator emerges as highly efficient and reliable.-40°C~150°C TJ is the operating temperature and it works fine.The system operates at a frequency of 250kHz~1.5MHz.Undetermined failures may occur when the voltage supply is less than 4.5V.This is mounted by Surface Mount.The LED driver can be found under the base part number LED6000.It is acceptable for the supply voltage to be 61V.There is no current available to supply to the load.
