LDK320M33R Description
The LDK320 is a low drop voltage regulator with a typical dropout voltage of 100 mV and a maximum output current of 200 mA from an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 18 V. A ceramic capacitor on the output stabilizes it. Low drop voltage, low quiescent current, and very good dynamic characteristics make it suitable for low power battery-powered applications. With a total current consumption of less than 1 A, the enable logic control function enables the LDK320 to be in shutdown mode. Additionally, this device has SOA, thermal, and short-circuit current limiting protections.
