LD1117S33TR Description

The LD1117S33TR is a low-dropout voltage regulator with a current output of up to 800 mA. even in the variable version (VREF = 1.25 V) The following output voltages are available in fixed versions: 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.85 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V. TO-261-4 and TO-261AA packages are available for the LD1117S33TR. The SOT-223's package form enhances thermal performance while reducing space. An NPN bypass transistor ensures high operating efficiency. In contrast to PNP mode, this load receives the majority of the quiescent current in this mode. For stability, only a standard 10F minimum capacitor is required. At 25 °C, on-chip trimming allows the regulator to achieve an extremely tight output voltage tolerance of less than 1%. With the other standard, the adjustable LD1117S33TR is pin-to-pin compatible. Adjustable voltage regulators provide superior drop and tolerance performance.
