L6234PD Description
The L6234PD is a brushless DC motor driver with three half-bridges. It's made possible by BCD multi-power technology, which integrates isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. It was able to tune the logic circuitry and the power stage utilizing mixed technology to provide the highest potential performance. Because the DMOS structure is not influenced by the second breakdown effect, the output DMOS transistors can tolerate a very high current. However, the RMS maximum current is effectively restricted by the package's dissipation capability. TTL, CMOS, and P logic inputs are all supported. Two independent logic inputs control each channel. In a 20-pin PowerSO20 package, the L6234PD is offered.
