L4941BV Description


A three terminal 5V positive regulator, the L4941 is available in TO-220 and DPAK packages and can be used in a variety of commercial and residential applications. These devices are especially well suited for battery-powered equipment, lowering consumption and extending battery life, due to their extremely low input/output voltage drop. It uses safe area protection, thermal shut-down, internal current limiting, antisaturation circuitry, and thermal shut-off.
