IPS160H Description


IPS160H is a kind of single high-side switch that is designed for safety integrity level (SIL) applications. It is capable of driving capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. It provides thermal shutdown protection to operate against overtemperature and short circuit, and provides non-dissipative short-circuit protection to minimize power dissipation in the case of the output being shorted.
