HTS221TR Description
The HTS221 is a temperature and relative humidity sensor that is incredibly small. To deliver the measurement data through digital serial ports, it has a sensing component and a mixed signal ASIC. The sensor element is made using a special ST method and has a polymer dielectric planar capacitor structure that can detect changes in relative humidity. The HTS221 is offered in a compact top-holed cap land grid array (HLGA) package that is guaranteed to function in the -40 to +120 °C temperature range.
