EF6809EP Description
The EF6809EP is a group of SOT-23 micropower low dropout series references that offer excellent precision, little drift, low power dissipation, and tiny package sizes. These micropower references have trimmed precision thin-film resistors for high output accuracy and curvature adjustment for a low temperature coefficient. Each EF6809EP is additionally post-package trimmed to significantly lower the temperature coefficient and improve output accuracy. Excellent line and load regulation further guarantees output precision. It has been specifically designed to reduce thermally induced hysteresis.
